Things I'm Lovin Friday

Okay peeps I'm back again with a recap of my favorite things this week.
Like I said before it can be anything!  Oh and btw I am almost done with that project I gave you a little glimpse of but we are getting new flooring this weekend so I''m not sure how much time I will have to get the post up.  I promise I will get it up next week if I don't do it this weekend!  Only one person took a guess on what the project is.  I'll give you a hint, it's for Lily's first birthday party.

Okey Dokey on to my faves this week. Here they are:

As you know I am redoing my living room.  I really want to get unique pieces that you can't find in a catalog.  You know,  things that we really love.

Well I found this lovey lady and her lovely furniture. She refinishes furniture and it's G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!!  When I found out that she lives in my area I did a happy dance!!  I found a couple of things that I really liked and emailed Cassie.  She replied super quick and was so sweet and very easy to do business with!

Thanks Cassie!!
This is what I purchased from Cassie @ Primitive and Proper:

This picture doesn't do it justice (sorry).  The color is much more vibrant.  If it wasn't weird to hug your furniture I would totally do it.  I LOVE it, can't you tell?  I plan on making many more purchases from her in the future.  I think it will go so well with the white couch and gray walls.  I love the pop of color.  I think I have found one of my accent colors!!

Do you have a favorite season? This week you could tell Fall is right around the corner!  I am so excited! I like all the seasons but Fall is probably my favorite.  I love the cooler weather, the beautiful colors, pumpkin patches...

corn mazes...

tractor rides...

Green Meadows Farm....

hay rides, apple cider, and let's not forget Halloween....any holiday where candy is involved, free candy I might add, gets two thumbs up from me!

I'm proud to say I am ahead of the game this year and already have Halloween costumes done for the girls.  Lily's we bought on a whim because it was on clearance and she is going to look so stinkin' cute.  Natalie's is just super easy so it took no time to put it together.

And last but not least, this week has been a great blog week for me.  I got 5 new followers ( I am now up to 9 total! It's the little things, right?) tons of super nice comments about my posts, namely "Tiny Dancer".  Everyone has been so sweet and welcoming.  I'm really enjoying this experience and I'm so thankful to each and every one of you who has checked me out :-) It's good for the ego too...joking (kinda).

Have a great weekend!

I'm linking up again over at Frou Frou Decor  this week.
